ISUG Bookstore

The ISUG purchases standards in bulk and sells them to its members as a discounted rate. For example, ISO 8879 (SGML) lists for £140 / $210, but the ISUG member price £60 / $90. As with standards, the ISUG has arranged bulk purchase agreements with publishers such as Addison-Wesley, Kluwer Academic, Prentice-Hall, Thomson, and others in order to offer its members discounts on the growing number of SGML, HyTime, and related titles sold through its bookstore. Examples:

• SGML Handbook by Charles F. Goldfarb, list £50.00 / $75.00 - member price £40.00 / $60.00;
• Readme.1st by Ron Turner et al., list £29.60 / $45.00 - member price £23.70 / $35.00;
• Practical SGML by Eric van Herwijnen, list £51.75/$77.00 - member price £42.00 / $63.00.
